Man killed in hit and run

SAN ANTONIO -- A man has died after he was hit by a vehicle while walking on the inside shoulder at Loop 410 and Highway 90 around 9 o’clock Monday.  That driver did not stop.
    
Police are looking for the driver who hit the victim and kept going on the west side. ...
