Ex-boyfriend shoots new boyfriend escaping through window

KIRBY, Texas -- So far there have been no arrests following a shooting late Tuesday night in Kirby.
            
It happened around 8 p.m. at the County Oaks Apartments on Ackerman Road.
         
Officers say the suspect went to his ex-girlfriend's apartment and shot her new boyfriend twice as he was trying to jump out of a window. ...
