Fast acting neighbors extinguish a fire

SAN ANTONIO - Authorities say neighbors grabbed a water hose from across the street and tried to put out a fire at a home being renovated as a bar. 

It happened on South Flores and Glenn Avenue just before 10 p.m. Thursday.
