Police arrest woman in 'Hello Kitty' costume for alleged drunk driving

GORHAM, Maine -- A traffic stop early Sunday morning led to a drunk driving arrest for a Westbrook woman wearing a Hello Kitty costume, according to the Gorham Police Department.
