Reports: Man tried to cut wife's eyes out with box cutter

EAGLE PASS, Texas - Authorities say a man is accused of a gruesome attack on his wife.

According to reports out of Maverick County, Luis Flores is accused of trying to cut his wife's eyes out with a box cutter.
